Installation
You don’t need to employ an external plumber! (In the case of special supply pipes, e.g. those over 10 m long, our sales team will advise you). Our trained plumbers will install the device professionally for you.

Service
Our service technicians will perform a hygiene service according to your service contract, without you having to request one.

Cleaning is carried out on:
- the device (inside / outside)
- the drip bowl
- the base
- the canister

The device is disinfected using a biological disinfectant. The filter (active carbon filter) and the outlet tube are replaced and all settings, e.g. the carbon dioxide and oxygen content, are checked.

Operating
Oxymount also offers an operating service, which includes the following:
- gas bottle replacement on site
- servicing and cleaning at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Fault-repair service
Any faults will be repaired within 24 hours after they are reported. If it is not possible to repair the fault on site and the faulty device is a hired one, you will be provided with a replacement device free of charge.
